And how can the data be used? While each state sets its own rules, voter data from every state is available for some uses. If you’ve noticed poll watchers at your polling place, you were seeing voter data in action, used by a campaign to keep track of who has and has not voted, to guide phone banks and other efforts to bring out the vote. Many states put no restrictions on use, so voter data may also be used for issue politics, charitable solicitation and commercial
Voter Data: What's Public, What's Private.

Exactly as I said.....my vote is private, and never public information.

You've been proven incorrect, now get lost.

and when they give up the actual donor lists, they become targets for people like you.

Nothing changed.
Of course, everything changed, going so far as to flip the party's platforms, over time.

Only imbeciles.....you......believe that.

There never was a 'flip.'

Watch me prove how truly stupid the 'flip' myth is:

What the chances are that, after a lifetime of believing as you do, arguing DNC talking points, reading the NYTimes, and watching HamasNBC, being indoctrinated...er, 'taught' in government schools, and watching Comedy Central for your news.....

.....what are the chances would be that you woke up tomorrow praising Donald Trump's election and presidency, and voting Republican......you know....'flipping.'

And that calculation represents the same chance that Republicans and conservatives, who formed a party to fight Democrats and slavery, suddenly decided to become racists.

Please.....another post so I can smash another custard pie in your ugly kisser.

The only thing that changed is the democrat party drew in racists of all colors...... and their goal became to control all people, not just Blacks......

Which one of us uses vulgarity?

Yep, because I can't reach through the screen and slap him into waking up.

It appears to be necessary. I have conversed with this man on multiple occasions and he is so wound up on political teams that he clearly needs some help.

Nothing has changed, scumbag.

dimocrap FILTH have always been racist scum.

For 150 years, they favored Whites over Blacks.

Now they favor Blacks over Whites.

Nothing has changed.

Not quite.... now they use the racist of all colors to gain power ..... notice that the core groups of the democrat party are all racist.... they have teamed up to divide the spoils

It's called divide and conquer. Propaganda. We all know what it is and we know what it looks like and yet.......allow it to happen on our watch.

I'm so embarrassed at what a racist Jeong has turned into.

I'm so embarrassed at what a racist Jeong has turned into.

Why would you be embarrassed that dimocrap scum are racists?

They have been since their very inception. Since Andrew Jackson started the disgusting party.

dimocrap FILTH ran McClellan on the dimocrap ticket in order to negotiate a Peace with the dimocrap scum slavers in the South.

Woodhead Wilson was a Stone, Cold racist pig. FDR turned his back on the plight of Jews in Eastern Europe. Harry Truman wouldn't let a Jew into his home.

LBJ used MLK to guarantee the Black Vote and they haven't given a flying fuck about Black People ever since. Just words. If anything, the dimocrap scum party has held Blacks back by 100 years.

Look at the stats.... In the 50's Blacks had about the same divorce rate, about the same out of wedlock birth rate. Crime was much lower, individual Blacks were making great strides and the most strident racism was in the totally dimocrap controlled Deep South.

Then LBJ made that deal with MLK and started the slow turn around of the dimocrap scum party from an anti-Black (and all 'coloured' races) to an anti-white party.

dimocraps are filth, people. Once you admit that to yourselves, everything starts to make sense.

Never be embarrassed by it. It's not your fault dimocraps are the scum of the Earth.

Always have been from the very beginning of the founding of this Country (They were the Tories)

Off to the Supreme Court! I would ignore that libtard judge and run the donor list through the shredder like Hillary did!

The Citizens United ruling says money is speech. It does not say that speech can be kept secret.

This is what the IRS investigations into 501(c) 4 PAC's was about during the Obama administration.

This isn't going to go away. Citizens United, as well as 501(c) 4 PAC's even being allowed to exist, will be under attack relentlessly, until they are eventually abolished. It could take years, but that doesn't matter. They are going away, and it's just a matter of when not if.

But donations most certainly are a form of political speech. So why would you want the government to start regulating political speech? Citizens United was a great decision for First Amendment rights. As long as donors' identities are made public, they should be able to give as much money as they want to any political organization they support.

You know, you guys talk about "freedom" and "choice" but you always come down on the side of restricting freedom and choice.

I don't disagree with you here. If you want to donate large sums of money to political candidates, fine, it's your money. You just don't get to hide behind the scenes.

But bribery is still bribery also. Bribing a candidate for quid pro quo, is not free speech, and there needs to be a very clear line that cannot be crossed, that carries very heavy criminal penalties if it is crossed.

Hillary Clinton says "Shut the hell up already. You are going to screw up my 2020 run!"

She's my home-town girl.

There is no discussion with the foul mouthed minority here. Small minds have small ideas and small vocabularies.
The anti-republican scandal of gargantuan campaign spending, effectively buying elections, must and will be addressed. These scampering minions of the rich may think they are gaining something, but they are only making things worse.

Your party registration is, not your actual vote. Can you assume usually? Probably a lot of the time. Unless you are registered as an independent.

That's nonsense.

Your vote, and millions of quid pro quo money donated to politicians, are two entirely different things.

That's a false equivalency.

Your vote is private.

Your million dollar donation check to candidate x, because you're hoping to count on his vote against allowing workers to organize his corporate workplace, or how much sulphur dioxide he's allowed to dump in the river behind the plant, is not.

Are you pretending not to recognize that the demand for donor lists is an attempt to chill donations to conservative groups?

If you don't recognize it, you'd have to be so dumb as to be unable to find your way back to the refrigerator box you call home.

If you do recognize it, and support it, you probably believe you look good in your brown shirt.

An attempt to chill conservative groups?

Followed by partisan insults and projection?

This is why the court made the ruling it did. To expose illegitimate actors such as yourself, who obviously have something to hide.

But thanks for admitting to the world it is "conservative groups" that are the ones hiding their faces from the light.

And for clarification, it was the Presidents voter fraud commission that was just repudiated as the fraud that it is, that was the ones who were exposing voters while attempting to illegally, and in a very unamerican way purge them from the voting rolls.

And what if you get fired from a job for donating to a candidate? Hell we have seen what people will do if they don’t like your politics in a restaurant or an Uber ride. As much as I would like to see who donates to who, allowing people to know who you donated to could end up hurting the donatee.

tax laws are what's important. as a rich person, the Trump tax cuts were GRAND.

folks like the Scaife family can pretend they're doing charity work and get a tax exemption. its a beautiful thing!
