Former Sheriff Baca (disgrace) has a doctor's note saying he is in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. But that has no bearing on his duties and cations over the past decade or so. I guess like some former Nazi concentration camp guard, or Mafia bigwig he will claim frailty and a failing mind. He deserves little sympathy
