BWHAHAHAHAHA!!! You can't help but laugh at these idiots. They showed their true colors, and now they are trying to cover their tracks. They are all the lowest kind of bigots. These are the people who presume to be the judges of morality and ethical behavior.

Journalists and Celebs Rush to Delete Tweets Slamming MAGA-Hat Kids

Over the past 24 hours, journalists and public figures on Twitter have deleted previous posts slamming a group of MAGA hat-wearing teens for allegedly taunting a Native American vet, after more footage was released disputing the initial story. From CNN’s Jake Tapper to Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams, many on the internet are sharing a fuller explanation of the initial viral story. Others, however, are very subtly just using the ‘delete’ button.

I hope they all get sued, doing this type of stuff to underage kids. For political purposes, one thing we won't have to worry about. Is for them to become democrats.

Luckily people have been preserving screen shots of many of the tweets in question, so they don't go down the memory hole.

I think the "journalist" who originally posted the video is likely to get sued. Wasn't Buzzfeed behind this fiasco as well? People who threatened the kid in the video should be arrested.

… and yet in their self righteousness they seem to have no qualms regarding perpetrating character assassination against children.

On bright side, at least they haven't engaged in defamation against toddlers, YET.

Very difficult. The only person who really could be accused of slander or libel would be the original poster, and that person has since deleted their account/been banned.

Also, the threats made against them are very difficult to prove as incitement, as usually incitement involves 1) speech 2) action

Threatening to kill someone is a crime. It doesn't matter if the guy responsible deleted his account. The evidence is all over the internet. He still did the dirty deed.

The LefTarded are so fucked in the head and so used to making themselves look like the ignorant fools they are they simply excuse this shit like it’s no big deal.

One also has to have the means of doing so, or it is very difficult to prosecute.

The fighting words and incitement rules are very narrow, the only real exception being interestingly enough threatening people under Secret Service protection, and even then all you usually get is a "visit" and a warning to "stop doing that"

People on the internet turned the lights on, and now all the cockroaches are scurrying for cover.

Threatening to kill or assault someone is called "menacing." It's a felony. I know because it happened to me once. I don't know if any of the idiots referred to in the OP went that far, but I've seen some fairly horrific stuff.

One actually has to be in the proximity of the person you are menacing for that to count, and that falls under "fighting words" exception to the 1st amendment.
