Yawn. Do whatever the fuck you want to do. Smart people don’t pay for college, they get scholarships and grants. Dumb people borrow a shitload of money and blow it on degrees that don’t generate enough money. Colleges have devolved into conformity cults, for the most part. It’s also entirely possible to lead a successful and satisfying life with nothing more than a solid work ethic and enough common sense to learn from your mistakes. There is no one-size-fits-all solution.

One of the reasons there are about 10 million unfilled jobs right now is because employers are having an extremely difficult time finding Americans with the necessary skills to do those jobs.

They are having to rely more and more on foreign workers.

We have a labor excess. It's not hard to find a great american worker. If it is that's solely on the faults of the business.

Actually, “successful” is a subjective term, which can only be defined by the individual. Retiring early isn’t my definition of success, but, if it’s yours, I hope you have or will attain it.
