In a speech at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California, Bush plans to tie the rise of the militant Sunni group, which now occupies a large swath of Iraq, Syria and other Middle Eastern countries, to the departure of U.S. forces from Iraq in 2011.

Wow! Never thought that the debates can throw a candidate that far from truth. The pre-ISIS organization was created in 2005 based on the Money of the USA and the Saudis. That means that Jeb's elder brother was quite at the service then. So he (Jeb) has several family obligations for that. And he has to bear responsibility. The idea of dividing one Bush from another is not gonna work I guess.
I'm not trying to whiten Hillary's reputation. I'm trying ti see the truth in Jeb's words.
