The lobbying effort came as the Ivy League university's endowment increased by $11.3 billion in the 2020-2021 fiscal year, an increase of 33% from the previous year. Similarly, Stanford's investments increased by 40.1% in the same fiscal year.

Despite the massive increase in their endowments, the universities have continued to push for the repeal of the 1.4% tax, which was enacted in the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act signed by then-President Donald Trump.’

Maybe they should some of those billions to reduce tuition fees and forgiveness of student loans? And eliminate paying 6 figures for a Director of Lesbian Diversity and their staff?

You do realize that is 8 schools out of the hundreds of universities nationwide?

Who receive huge government checks.

150,000 students go to Ivy League schools. You’re just again showing everyone what an idiot you are spinning the OP.
I never said they didn't. dickhead!

Pick 8 schools out of the SEC or SEC and see how their enrollment compares.

These schools should not be getting a tax break but you are using irrelevant data to support your conclusion.

There are more fat cat universities than just the Ivy League and Stanford

In fact the list of dirt poor universities on the verge of bankruptcy would be far shorter
