Good move. Probably never happen in America, since courts here pretty much never vote in favor of consumers.
I loved the answer from one PC maker that said "if they don't want WIndows then they should choose our non-windows offerings" - laughable. Go ahead and take a look at Dell's Linux "choices" - ONE. A horrible 13" grossly overpriced X13 for - get this - $1200 - $1500.
In contrast - an XPS 18 with Win 8.1, with a touchscreen even - $799.
Obviously they strongly discourage "non-windows" buying.
