IT BEGINS: Indiana Restaurant Reportedly Vows Not To Serve Gay Weddings

They want publicity is what they want, in order to increase their business profit. That's all it is.
Only, I bet that exactly the opposite will happen, even in small town America. This is not Mr. Christian Pizza-Place Man's 1952 America anymore.
Lost this one Statistikhengst. The "tolerant" left can't threaten violence and death and not expect repercussions.
The mainstream is tolerant of you freaks, papa, but threaten and attack those with whom you disagree, and the Public will jack you up.

That is what happened here, violence was threatened and people responded. You extreme wackos on the left and the right are in the wrong.

The pizza parlor was stupid for what it said, however it did not warrant death threats, threats of violence and threats of burning it down. The owners were made rich by a bunch of intolerant liberals, good for them.

The first amendment allows us to have opinions, it allows others to react to the opinions. It doesn't allow us to threaten others for the opinions. The restaurant owner did nothing wrong or illegal. They have never refused to service gays black or anyone else.

Your intolerance and acceptance of violence is a thing of the past.

The mainstream of America, the Public, threatened no one, crack brain. The LEO will be used to put down any one, far right or far left, that get in the way.

You get an opinion. You don't get to threaten others, do you understand?

I never said I got to threaten anyone. I haven't threatened anyone. Those that threatened violence to the pizza parlor are in the wrong.

I have stated that America has no place for violence or threats, several times.

You have reading comprehension issues.

freedom? freedom to discriminate? Save it Scooter :talktothehand:

Freedom to decide who to associate with, who to do business with.

The most basic freedom. You thugs have overplayed your hand. You Nazis think this is 1926, but the Kristalnacht you did on this pizza joint has backfired. All the porn on Yelp and you shrieking JUDEN only mobilized those of us dedicated to never again letting those like you hold power.

LOL, it didn't mobilize the Republicans in Indiana or Arkansas. They ran like rabbits.
You are dealing with Unbalanced there. #406 is the kookiest post of the day.

When is 406 not batshit-crazy?!?!?

Just sayin'...

And just in case people are wondering how this quixotic law was passed to begin with:

The Indiana outcome has proven that the economic forces have turned against the anti-gay movement,

and that should mean that they're finished.

That must be why Memories brought in more in the last week than they did over the 5 previous years.

You Nazis have a brilliant plan....

What RWnuts want to waste their money on is your business. The pizzeria will still have to serve gays.

We can't dare tell a faggot no. Might hurt his feelings.

I thought the law didn't legalize discrimination?
It didn't. It upheld the 1st Amendment right to free exercise of religion. Guess it depends on how you look at it.

There is no such right. SOME religious exercises are protected.

Just like some marriages are protected and others are prohibited. Perhaps you should practice what you say about rights when it comes to that concept.

Why is polygamy prohibited? Why did the Mormons lose their religious freedom to have plural marriages?

Isn't that discrimination against Christians?

I don't care if someone marries multiple spouses. I have found that those who claim marriage is a right, meaning they support faggots marrying, are the first to deny the same equality they demand to other types of marriages. Bet you oppose a brother/sister marriage but will argue for faggot marrying based on equality.
