if Truth exist in the interpretation of the text then is it possible for a liar to interpret the text and recite his honest interpretation of it back to someone else?

Of course

Just look at the debates over the 2nd Amendment

A liar can give an honest interpretation of any sentence in the world all the time?

I don't think it would be any sentence. But it is up to the listener to be intelligent enough to know bullshit when he hears it.

What if convinces someone else that his false interpretation is correct and that person then interprets the same sentence in the same way. Now compare that to the person who interpreted in the correct way originally Is truth embedded within the interpretation alone or is it within the sentence itself?
