Yes, Barry Goldwater was the "right-wing" Republican Senator from Arizona who was vilified by the Democrats and their media allies as a temperamentally flawed "extremist" who would get us into another war. The voting public swallowed this line of crap and, instead, elected a corrupt politician by the name of Lyndon Johnson, who subsequently sent 50,000 young Americans to their deaths in the jungles of Viet Nam.

Aren't we facing the same choice 52 years later? Isn't Donald Trump the new "extremist" candidate who is temperamentally "unsuited" to be President? But isn't he the one who opposes sacrificing American lives in protracted foreign entanglements?

Isn't Hillary Clinton the corrupt politician favored by the MSM who thinks nothing of losing American lives if it furthers her personal ambitions? Isn't she the one who is more likely to back into another war in the Middle East as the Russians and Iranians play her for the fool she is?

Go ahead and make "locker-room talk" a bigger issue than the safety and security of Americans. But are you willing to accept responsibility for the inevitable results of electing Hillary Clinton? Or will you conveniently turn into future protesters when it becomes necessary to assuage your guilt?

I await your bumper sticker responses...

jwoodie learned a new term, "higher order thinking," but absolutely has no idea what it means.
