Is there an organization in the USA that monitors the observance of freedoms in corporations?

Due to the strengthening of Eurocentrism, it would be necessary to have a commission that would ensure that German patterns of behavior, such as punctuality, servility, neatness in clothes, bureaucratization, are not imposed in the corporate culture. Such an organization exists against the monopolization of markets, it could also be done in the field of corporate traditions. For example, if someone requires an employee to remove his feet from the table, or requires him to fasten all the buttons, or requires him to follow instructions exactly, and so on, then the company should be fined

Screw that. If an employee doesn't like the company rules, they're free to go find another job.

This is America, not Russia or China.

The corporate culture of being on time, being neatly dressed in the proper attire, and knowing the chain of command (what you call servility) are vital to the function of the corporation.

Yes, you keep your feet off the table and button all the buttons. And you are paid to follow instructions. You either follow them or security will escort you from the building.

Jeez you are an idiot.

The German people won't bow to having all those freedoms stripped away from them by corporations.
Americans have lost sight of the values upheld in a democracy and now intend to impress the same lack of ideals on other countries.
Russia too was a peaceful country until US meddling in the Ukraine, with the prupose of promoting another US led war.

Anytime you feel as if the company you work for isn't giving you enough freedom ...

... you're free to quit.
that's not enough. People who agree to such conditions can negatively affect American culture in general

In RF and China, just German strictness and it is not limited. This is not an American approach

Firstly, this is not so, because it causes an outflow of creative people and an influx of servile fools.
Secondly, it violates freedoms.
No one can dictate to me the style of my clothes and behavior model.

This fascism must be stopped. The only reason for discontent may be that I do not fulfill the tasks set, otherwise it is the church of Germanophiles

It is believed that reverence, punctuality and accuracy are precisely the Germanic traits of character.

today they make you fasten your buttons, and tomorrow they will make you walk in formation

What if the task is to assemble widgets while wearing khaki slacks and a corporate polo shirt, while keeping feet on the floor?

De facto you accepted German slavery in the USA and you defend it

I wasn't aware the Germans had any slaves here. We prefer our Chinese slavemasters. They give us fun things to occupy our time, while we slave away for them. They even gave us an old overseer named Joe Biden. He's a wonderful old man who says funny things and poops in his pants sometimes, but we love him. He's like a Grandpa to us.

They began to pay too much attention to safety and some standards. These are socialist pretext for socialist slavery. It is no need to impose "care" on a person against his will.
