Is owning a firearm a right? Yes it is, the 2nd amendment. Therefore, requiring ID to purchase a firearm is discriminatory.
There's no such thing as a "false comparison" fallacy. Comparisons can be invalid, that that doesn't make comparing things a logical fallacy.
