Given the constant flubs by the idiot trump's legal advisers, perhaps he should consider employing someone knowledgeable in U.S. law. The current gang certainly has most legal experts shaking their heads in disbelief.

The idiot trump is well known for surrounding himself with yes-men (yes-women too). They carefully protect the idiot trump from facts, and agree with any stupidity he proposes. The recent addition of Rudy Giuliani to the idiot trump’s defense team is a perfect example.

During a discussion, Fox News judicial analyst and former Judge Andrew Napolitano criticized the idiot trump’s legal team, explaining the attorneys were giving the idiot trump bad advice...repeatedly.

Targets of Napolitano’s negative comments included Rudy Giuliani and his incorrect assertion the idiot trump could legally order James Comey to be shot in the Oval Office.

His remarks about Giuliani’s stupidity were followed by his critique of a letter written by John Dowd and Jay Sekulow, calling it a “disgrace and harmful” memo sent to special counsel Robert Mueller. “ ‘I don’t know why the White House would have leaked it as has been suggested. Because it shows a sophomoric view of the law.’ ”

“Napolitano argued that the Trump team’s claim that the president cannot be charged with obstruction of justice is bogus. “He can [fire anybody he wants],’ the judge said. ‘But if he does so for a corrupt purpose, that would be the definition of obstruction of justice. They [the idiot trumps legal team] forgot that part.’ ”

Napolitano’s criticisms were offered by him reluctantly, because he knows all of the members of idiot trump’s legal team. Napolitano, himself a supporter of the idiot trump, claimed, “ ‘They [the idiot trumps legal team] are not serving him well when they needlessly show their cards, when they make arguments like he can [pardon] himself. Why even raise that?’ ”

Napolitano’s comments during this discussion are certain to draw the ire of FOX Noise views, and station management, because he told the truth and stated facts in exact contradiction to the “alternative facts” for which FOX Noise and the current administration are infamous.

That same ire occurred last month when, during a May discussion on FOX Noise program “America’s Newsroom” with Heather Childers, Napolitano defended the duration and the strategy of the Mueller probe, “ ‘Bob Mueller has no duty to tip his hand and show his cards until the end of his investigation, and he does have a duty to complete the investigation.’ “ Napolitano followed this, saying, “ ‘It’s going to take a while until he gets all the evidence.’ ”

As a devoted FOX Noise employee and supporter of the idiot trump, Childers then “accused Mueller of expanding the scope of his investigation and therefore extending the timeline of the probe.”

Again, as an expert in law, Napolitano defended Mueller.

“ ‘I don’t think he [Mueller] had any idea what he was going to stumble on,’ Napolitano said, listing the charges against President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort and the investigation of his personal lawyer Michael Cohen.” Napolitano then added the Mueller and his team of investigators, “ ‘can’t overlook these things.’ ”

The anger Napolitano caused among FOX Noise viewers and management could be his way to attract the idiot trump’s attention. For Napolitano, this could be his method to become leader of the idiot trump’s legal team. But, it is a crap-shoot. The idiot trump hates facts and truth every bit as much as the FOX Noise viewers.

However, a solid dose of reality aimed at the idiot trump might convince him to slow his move to become dictator, showing no concern over the Mueller probe would lessen its importance to most Americans, which would allow the House Republicans to ignore all of Mueller’s evidence and obstruct impeachment [if the Democrats become the majority). Finally, allow the time to pass without controversy to let the media’s growing acceptance of the idiot trump’s criminal activities take place. When this happens, and it will, news reports and articles will describe what has become completely normal activities in our government. Corruption, conflict of interest, payola, bribery, insider trading for the fat cats will be okay, election rigging, price-fixing, the whole third world system will be a way of life.

But to reach these lofty goals, the idiot trump MUST hire Napolitano to head his legal team, and, most of all, do what he says.
