410 is less of a recoil. I have a .22 mag revolver that suits me well. Just get to a gunrange that rents guns and try different one to see what fits you.

You could go with a Taurus Judge, since you mentioned the .410, it's chambered for.410 bore shot shells and the .45 Long Colt cartridge.

Get a 12 guage and a 357.

It damn sure wasn't me doing the trigger pull. A Winchester Silvertip 9 between they eyes will drop anything. A CCI stinger 22...about 2-3 in the head will do the same. A 22 is OK/fine if you arent a moron and actually go to the range. A hellalot cheaper than practicing with a centerfire. A Ruger 22 will do ok. Get an old Mark 1
