Well... don't answer that. It's obvious.
They WANT to develop a nuclear bomb. We know that, and they can't do it if they're running out of MONEY, and they ARE running out of MONEY. But they're not SUPPOSED to develop a nuclear bomb, so now they're acting out, and shooting down American drones and attacking ships is their strategy now, and we're all supposed to knuckle under and ease the sanctions so they can continue to develop a nuke?
