and political sovereignty.

Before comprehending government to effectively influence social life, a citizen must first comprehend three civil principles.

1) Person
2) Personality
3) People

The Constitution of the USA makes use of the expression "We the people of the United States" in its preamble to identify the legal forgers (citizens of then, of now and of the future) for continued social improvement (ordinance).

In the context of continuing and established English language, the word people is the collective for multiple persons.

A person is a human being. That is, an organic aggregate for continued self selected activities.
In this definition a person is not simply an object, nor a physical circumstance, but primarily an aim, direction, or goal to be supported or declined by other persons.

The process and achievement of supporting or declining persons (ideas to become applicable) is what we are able to commonly denominate "personality" for the exercise of justice.

Here are examples:

"The politician's personality is confusing.
Their personality has not exposed required political fundamentals throughout their campaign.
It is difficult to identify the politician's personality in the midst of their public speeches because of their eagerness."

"The politician did not consider analyzing their person with alternative suggested persons.
Their person is short-viewed.
Because the politician believes summer is made for pools their person is objectionable, considering spring also has pools."

Then, wherefore, is the reason for which the Constitution uses the word “people” in determining government and how citizens may properly abide to civil conduct to improve their lives, their political perspectives and their civil relations.
