The house could vote to impeach him. That’s about it. It does give cover for Trump to fire him and Mueller. Otherwise, it is all political grandstanding. That is about all the GOP is good for, that and holding seats to keep commies out of power.And if he doesn’t turn it over? What’s Nunes gonna do?

And the reason I asked you to whom do they turn was meant to educate you to the fact it is the U.S. Attorney, which in this case l, would be Rosenstein himself; who’s not about to prosecute himself. Nunes is powerless in this case to subpoena records from the Department of Justice, who’s responsible for prosecuting contempt charges arising from the Congress. The only way that dossier gets released to Congress is if Rosenstein chooses to oblige or if Trump orders it.
