They say eggs peel easily when cooked in the instant pot....
They weren't kidding!!!
Brand new eggs cooked in the instant pot and they peeled like the easiest eggs I've ever peeled!

Love it.

Wife got me a LUX50...use it almost everyday.

Mac and cheese, pot roast, and garlic honey chicken (b/l thighs) are my favorites so far. Also tried a simple savory bread recipe...it was ok, but a little too dense. Still tweaking it. Learning some pot-in-pot recipes and times.


Tomorrow going to try applesauce and steam canning.

I'm guessing it has to do with the pressure constricting the white and yoke more than the shell so they seperate.
I'll have to do it a few more times before I'll call it definitive proof though.
