I have been to Singapore. Very prosperous. Clean, neat, polite. No graffiti, jaywalking, DWI etc. And you can walk anywhere anytime. I think it was death penalty for drug tafficing too. I have no problem with lawbreakers getting a whipping..........or schoolchildren. America, the other end.
