A year and seven days from now the second and much bigger strike of the SALT cap will be winding up. The filing of state and federal lawsuits will be in high gear. This will include lawsuits against the ratings agencies, state and local governments, past and present office holders and who knows who all else. This is one of the design features of the Jobs and Taxes bill. And some of you may think the Witch Hunt was out of control?
