As Secretary of State she has a responsibility to the protection of the United States, dear. Continually trying to usurp that duty is total incompetence and more. Period.

Rules that aren't enforced, aren't rules. If no one had the balls to say you can't do that Madam Secretary, that is a failure in the system so, fix the system.

ummm, they DID...and despite being repeatedly told she could not bring these devices into secure areas she kept trying to. Again, she signed the govt document acknowledging she KNEW the rules...then demonstrated she just didn't give a sh*#! After all ,she is a 'Clinton' and those rules / laws are for the peasants, right?!

If it was that big a problem for the state department, the fix wasn't that hard. They get paid for shit like that.
