Chelyabinsk Regional Court pronounced a verdict on the 18-year-old resident of the city of Ozersk, for having beaten to death a woman of "non-Russian" appearance - Bashkir. The teenagers then left first, but then returned and dragged the victim for a stop. When she tried to open her eyes, she was hit again on the head. The town woman could not resist.
Then the teenagers came up with the idea of undressing her. Then one of them beat the woman on the head, and another inserted a stick into her genitals. When the guys dragged the woman into the roadway and thrown in there, she was still alive. In the morning it was discovered by passing motorists, who called an ambulance.
A 52-year-old woman died in intensive care. The forensic expert recorded many injuries in the deceased, including a serious craniocerebral injury, fractures of the five ribs and thorax.
The charge for part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code (causing serious bodily harm, resulting in death) was presented to a teenager who kicked the victim on the head. During the preliminary investigation, the convict stated that his comrades had also participated in the beating. After Ozersky court sentenced him to 8 years of an educational colony, the boy appealed the verdict to the regional court, asking him to assign him a punishment not related to imprisonment.
