Pulled pork, in a homemade sauce. Takes about 6-8 hours to do it right. But oh-so delicious.

    MMMM!!! I love pulled pork!

In fact, my wife made a delicious recipe in the crock pot on Tuesday night. We had it for supper on Tuesday, then I had it for lunch yesterday, then supper yesterday, and now I'll be having it again for lunch today!

She made it with a whole jar of banana peppers.

    Yeah.

It's pretty darn simple, but quite tasty. This recipe makes enough for about 1 lb of meat. For a typical pork but, you have to x4.

    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs mustard (yellow, spicy...pick one)
    1/2 Tsp black pepper
    1-1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
    1 Tbs of Lemon Juice
    1/4 Sliced and diced onion
    1/2 cup ketchup.
    2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce.

Simmer on low for about 2 hours, or until thick enough for your tastes. You can mix it up a little and use apple vinegar, different mustards, liquid smokes, etc.
