ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- Shuhel Mahboob Ali, 39, came from Great Britain to the United States to have sex with an under aged girl and impregnate her in hopes to have many children. Then Ali planned on taking the newborn babies and sexually abusing them “from the time of birth,” said the authorities.

Ali is charged with using a facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce to attempt to persuade a minor to engage in sexual activity. If convicted he could get 10 years in prison and a $250,000.00 fine.

Ali showed up in Brevard County on Saturday, April 13, 2013 and was arrested near Titusville. He appeared in court on Monday, April 15, 2013 in Orlando, Florida.

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, BCSO and the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Attorney’s Office worked on the case simultaneously. The investigation started in January 2013 when Ali contacted an undercover agent over the internet that he wanted to have a sexual relationship with a young girl.

““It is truly unimaginable that monsters exist and walk among us with the purpose of victimizing our most precious citizens,” Sheriff Wayne Ivey said. “I want this message to be absolutely crystal clear: We will use every lawful resource we have in our possession to find and remove you from society if you try to harm a child, no matter where you may be on this planet."”
