In my opinion,
Albuquerque, New Mexico -- Sandra Rodriguez-Miramontes is an illegal alien from Mexico and she left a 3-year-old boy in a car for 8 hours in the hot sun. (He suffered no doubt.) She is charged with child abuse resulting in death and faces 18 years in prison if she's convicted. She's out of jail and the immgration hold on her was dropped. She's a free woman waiting for her trial date. She'll probably flee to Mexico, they all do and then they come back with a new alias. The Second Judicial District Attorney's Office said it still plans to prosecute her for child abuse
Rodriguez-Miramontes took the boy to a day care where he attended and where she also worked watching children. (Good Grief!) She parked her car in front of the day care and got out and left the three year old strapped in his car seat in the back seat of the car in the sweltering heat in August.
Rodriguez-Miramontes arrived at work around 6:00 a.m. and around 3 p.m. she found the boy dead in the car. When someone asked her why the boy wasnt at the day car she remembered she left something in the car. I bet she remembered her cell phone and to call her boyfriend and her make up bag that day.
According to the police report she left him in the car for 8 hours. The boy was rushed to the hospital but he had been dead for hours. A physician told police the boy was already showing signs of rigor mortis. The characteristic stiffening of the body usually begins between 2 to 3 hours after death.

It doesnt seem to matter to the state and local law enforcement that the illegal alien woman broke the laws by illegally entering America or thats she's working without a social security number OR that she was driving without a driver license OR the fact that she killed a 3-year-old boy! Then they lower her bail so that she could get out of jail for $500.00. where's the justice in all this? They released her from an immigration hold for deportation until the trial which further violated the immigration laws. She'll probably get probation and no jail time and won't be deported.
Then to add insult to injury there's no doubt that she claiming indigent (too poor to pay legal fees) so the taxpayers are paying for her lawyer fees and court costs and her incarceration fees.
Why do these people get to break so many laws and go unpunished??

So what does this mean if you kill a child you get to go free if you're an illegal alien but if you beat your child you get 99 years in prison if you're an American? Go figure. It's true what they say about illegal aliens they get a Free-Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free-Card at the border and then they're rewarded for their criminal activities by the politicians.
