General Schedule of Pope Francis U.S.Visit 2015


Pretty impressive. First time ever that a pontiff will adress a joint session of the US-Congress. That will be on Thursday, September 23rd at 10:00 AM, EST and will be televised world-wide.

The Pope is meeting with US-President Barack Obama on Wednesday. On Friday, he will speak to the UN and visit a school in E. Harlem. On Saturday and Sunday, he will be in Philadelphia, the city of Brotherly Love - and will hold Mass there on Sunday.

And a hearty welcome to the head of that Catholic branch of the Christian faith on American soil. Here's to wishing him a good visit.
