Misogyny is alive and well.
She was naive and innocent like I'm a starship captain. Bitch was stupid to think he's dump his wife for the likes of her, but she wasn't a naive little girl.
Funny no one speaks to the naivete of Trump's victims.
The case was not "dismissed." Clinton settled out of court. Why do you think he paid her $850,000? Just about everything you post turns out to be wrong and just plain stupid. I love the way you trash Slick's victim, just like Hillary. You're just as much of a douche bag as she is.
Remember what Hillary said about victims of sexual assault:
"you have the right to be believed."
Here we have another leftwinger attacking the victim. I love the way left wingers are constantly engaging in the behavior they claim to despise.
still waiting on the link that backs up your assumption
Yes, Congress totally abused the impeachment process for political gain against the will of the American people. What's your point?
Here's the thing. Paula Jones case was thrown out of court as having no merit. Whatever happened between her and Clinton (if anything), it didn't rise to the definition of sexual harassment.
actually,t he case WAS dismissed. He paid her the money to avoid years of appeals which would have cost more, once she dropped her insistence on an admission and an apology.
Companies and people do this all the time, and usually you wingnuts are against this kind of abuse of the court system.
Her party was, you blind idiot!
An empty punk like Hillary would only satisfied by refer to as "your majesty".
"Madam" in her case, is more like a person who runs a whorehouse.
Yes, victims of sexual assault have the right to be believed, but there is much about Jones and this whole incident which makes her a less than creditable witness, not the least of which is the Republican funding of her makeover, and her court case. They also hired a publicist to make her appear less trashy and opportunistic.
Jones never claimed that Bill sexually assaulted her. She claimed he sexually harassed her, which is to say, she said he demanded sexual favours from her and threatened her or her husband's employment if she declined. Neither Jones nor her husband were fired, demoted, nor were their jobs in any way impacted by her refusal to have sex with Clinton. And yes, the suit was dismissed because Jones failed to prove any damages. Jones appealed the dismissal, and while waiting for her appeal to be heard, Clinton settled, to put an end to the litigation.
Why I don't believe her
Jones did not report the incident, files charges or make any claims against Clinton for 3 years. She filed after an article about the incident appeared in the American Spectator, and the article made it sound like she came on to Clinton and he had to fend her off. She filed the lawsuit to protect her reputation.
Then there was the makeover, the new wardrobe, the cosmetic dentistry, all provided to make her look less like trashy, and more creditable for the American public, the Washington DC law firm handling her case, and the California Republican public relations rep who was there to put the right spin on it all.
It was a professional Republican smear job, not a legitimate claim for sexual harassment, since the court found she hadn't been harassed or suffered any damages. I have no doubt that Bill made a clumsy pass at all, but she declined and nothing further happened. Until the Republicans got wind of it, and promised her big bucks if she pursued her claim.
