... to indulge in one thing with no negative benefits to yourself or others what would it be?

Alcohol?
Drugs?
Sex?
Stealing Money from the Rich?

Something else...?

It can only be one thing... what would it be?

Alcohol? I already drink moderately with no problems.

Drugs? Been there, done that already.

Sex? Nope, I'm not about to go back on my wedding vows.

Stealing money from the rich? Seriously?

Why would I feel jealous of someone who has something I don't? They earned what they have, and I don't believe in socialism.

If I were to choose one thing, it would be to have been a fly on the wall in Hillary's campaign. But then, that would have have had quite a few negative benefits for her.

I'm not one for over-indulgence.
Really? Wow, if no negatives it would be hard for me to pass up!

If there are indeed no negatives there is also no thrill relative to 'risk'. That's half the fun

Binge watching 'Bojack Horseman' on Netflix.

I'm not sure why someone would not choose to be on painkillers or high etc. Especially as one gets older. If there were no negative consequences.... health, danger driving etc., addiction etc., why would you NOT want to indulge?
