If you could choose two laws to break without punishment ...

I'd pick out a prime piece of real estate in a national park and homestead it.

I'll save the 2nd until I see what I need to protect my new property from intruders.

... which two would you pick?

I would rob an armored car in a big city running between banks and businesses.

I would save one assassination for when I needed it the most.

a friend and i have tried to plan an armored car robbery...but you would have to kill everyone inside etc....

damn yall have lofty ideas....

i would break all the drug laws.....

then i would murder all my mothers' siblings......

If you could not be punished there would be no need to murder the witnesses.

Yes some SSI is taxed and pensions are taxed.

Social Security alone is usually excluded
Generally, if Social Security is your only income, your benefits are not taxable, and you probably do not need to file a federal income tax return.

From the Internal Revenue Service's standpoint, Social Security benefits include monthly survivor and disability benefits, but not supplemental security income payments, which are not taxable.

But if you collect other income in addition to Social Security, you could owe taxes on at least a portion of your government benefits.

You not only pay taxes for SSI and Medicare while you work (payroll tax), after you retire you still can pay taxes on it.
