We have been very clear about this... A President has limited effect on the price of Oil...

We said this when Trump was trying to take credit for it being low inn 2019...

The Trump did something in mid 2020 to actually effect the price of Oil... He threatened Saudi to cut supply and thus drive prices up... Ay the time the world over ground reserves were close to full and Oil lobby wanted the world to cut supply...

Biden saw the mistake. Biden has been trying to get the supply back up again but it is hard when financially it is against their interests..

We are still living under the Trump Oil price jump...

Me.

I bought a home last year and am grateful that I live in a part of the country where people have sense. Whenever I have had to hire a company to do anything in my home, I have asked that people entering my home be unvaccinated, and it hasn't been a problem. Most of the owners of these businesses have agreed with me.

In fact, the only blatantly pro-vaxx people I've met here were two "health care professionals", one of whom I got fired from her job for violating patient privacy law in the matter of "vaccines", and the other who actually believes that South Dakota is still locked down. When I mentioned that the American Legion Auxiliary goes into the nursing home in my small town once a month to help the residents on bingo night, she just glared at me. I told her she was incompetent to be my health care provider and walked out.

While this can be debated, I don't think the GOP would have gotten out of Afghanistan so badly that it wound up encouraging Russia to invade Ukraine. If you don't accept that scenario then there are these:

Republicans would not have encouraged wages to go up.

Republicans would not have been pro-labor, which increases both wages and prices.

Republicans would not have been anti-business, which leads to increased expenses on companies, which is passed on through higher prices.

Republicans would not have been anti-big oil, increasing prices and would have continued letting the US be energy independent instead of relying on other countries for big oil.

Republicans would not have been pro-green energy, which increases prices.

Republicans would not have passed the last stimulus bill.

Republicans would not have passed the IRA.

Republicans would not have done student debt relief.

It's rhetoric fro someone who clearly hasn't spent much time on even casual economic analisys. National debt does not have direct bearing on inflation (untill a critical point)
