I have the authority to kill Americans w/o due process.

If someone breaks into my home and physically threatens my family - I have the legal authority to kill him immediately. No due process - regardless if they are Americans or not.

If someone takes up arms against the U.S. in an act of war - as a citizen I have the legal right top use deadly force against that person. No due process - regardless if they are Americans or not.


I fail to see why the Republicans think we should pass a law removing rights from the President that each and every one of the rest of us enjoy.
