Why? The militia has zero to do with the .gov......Again, what does the militia have to do with the .gov?Ok you got me on that one but that was before the 2nd amendment am I correct?

I had to Google that one, the revolution war was over in 1783 and the second amendment was made into law 1791
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. On December 15, 1791, the Bill of Rights (the first ten amendments to the Constitution) was adopted, having been ratified by three-fourths of the states.
So with those facts in mind how come us "militia" don't get free guns, ammo and training on how to use them from the U.S. government?
A well regulated militia comes to mind, meaning the government should give us weapons to defend the U.S.A. if our military can't

And
Army, Navy,Marines, Air force and coast guard.
It says a "well regulated militia" that's us the citizens of last resort ..
