I finally found a great Physical Therapist

After 4 mediocre ones in a row .. I finally got a break from GOD and found a special one. The guy has an IQ of maybe 150 and he said all my previous PT stuff is WRONG !! He went to an elite school.

HE only gave me 2 exercises on our first visit and already my back pain is down 15 percent . I am walking now ok

Too many PT only do low IQ cookie cutter crap.

Most of what they do at PT sessions, can be done at home by yourself. It`s just another scam to get money from insurance companies and/or Medicare.
