If you listen to the video, Biden doesn't deny that the left want to get Trump, he merely washed his hands of it, claiming that he didn't direct it, even though he knew they were already trying to get Trump.

Evidence does not mean you are guilty. Anyone can come up with evidence. That's why we have trials because evidence by itself does not mean someone is guilty. If evidence was all that was needed there would be no need for a trial.
