This is hilarious-- So he signs the 1.3 trillion dollar ominbus bill--after this morning threatening to VETO it.



1. The line item veto--the U.S. Supreme court overruled long ago-- under Bill Clinton.

2. Congress isn't going to approve of a simple majority to pass big spending bills, so the filibuster will stay.
3. DACA--it was Paul Ryan that strongly advised Trump not to do away with Obama's order for DACA to protect dreamers. Trump didn't listen, did it anyway to play political football with it. Ryan knew that there are Republicans in the house that would never agree to any immigration bill--and Trump is making a futile attempt to blame it on the minority party-- Democrats.

4. NO WALL. The 1.6 billion appropriated is to repair existing fences.

Now what is very interesting in this bill, since no one read it, are Russia sanctions finally. Someone--we don't know who did it, but they actually snuck in Russia sanctions into this bill. What's hilarious is Trump doesn't know it yet--
