No it doesn't. It means your vote either matters a whole lot, or it doesn't. If you're in a swing state, then your vote matters big time. If you're on the majority side of a state, your vote counts for more than it would otherwise. If you're on the minority side, then it doesn't mean anything. Well, it doesn't mean anything except to those who constantly say "well so and so won the popular vote!"The electoral college means your vote doesn't count.
