Hunter Biden's Attorneys Just Went Scorched Earth on IRS Whistleblowers

18 Sep 2023 ~~ By Katie Pavlich

Hunter Biden is suing the Internal Revenue Service, arguing whistleblower testimony from career agents was meant to embarrass him and was a violation of his privacy.
Congress and news reporters about their concerns that the case was not being managed properly, they violated his privacy rights as a taxpayer," the Washington Post reports. "Biden charges in the lawsuit that when two IRS agents went to Congress and news organizations complaining of alleged mishandling of the investigation by Justice Department officials, they disclosed information about the investigation, and about Biden’s taxes, that the law aims to keep secret."
George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley is crying foul and classifying the move as whistleblower intimidation.

Commentary:
How dare they invade Hunter`s privacy while he was committing crimes.
This is pure unbridled lawfare. They are discouraging the hundreds of people that know about the Biden crime family and their crimes from testifying.
Maoist/DSA Democrats continually go scorched earth, always the nuclear option from them. Meanwhile, The GOP tries to make the media like them by being so called bipartisan i.e., assisting the Democrats.
This seems like some sort of flip-side to the old “We can't say anything because it's under investigation”. Here you have whistleblowers — who, by definition, are saying something. And I guess that's “illegal” because they are contributing to the investigation about which nothing can be said.

Remember when Democrats were sure Trump was guilty of something and demanded his tax returns.

Democrats need to make an example of any whistleblowers that come against them to discourage anyone else from doing it.

Makes sense.

Hunter Biden going to war with his dad's IRS to expose their unethical/illegal behavior.

Are we SURE Hunter isn't actually working for Trump?

This could be laying the foundation of a sweetheart settlement/plea deal.

Who is paying for Hunter Biden's attorneys? That would be an interesting list of names.
Hunter's attorney made another great point. What changed? What changed between the day they were going to make a deal and the day the deal fell apart? Nothing except for the politics. So clearly Republican House members made the deal fall apart. So this is clearly politics.

Another great point is the gun question is unconstitutional. Was he on drugs the day he purchased the gun or filled out the form? Nope. So can a background check ask you if you have EVER used drugs and then tell you that you can't buy a gun if you have?

Hunter's attorneys tried to slip a blanket immunity past the judge, and she caught them. That was the end of the "deal".

And we know, as 2nd amendment advocates, what they are doing to Hunter is soooo unconstitutional

That paradox just scratches the surface of the unjust, illogical, and unconstitutional mess created by arbitrary federal restrictions on gun ownership.

We will use your love of guns to get Hunter off.

I'm glad you've finally come out against the "gun control" bullshit, like background checks, you've been trying to foist on us for decades.

Of course they did.

In a Banana Republic you are not allowed to criticize the ruling elite.
