Wow. I saw this guy on Facebook the other day. Making a clarinet out of a carrot. lol.

More importantly, the vid is wonderful because he is getting a fantastic sound out of a carrot clarinet, once again proving that the third of three absolutely necessary elements of a musical instrument (energy source, source of vibration, resonating chamber) can be made out of practically anything, as long as it is solid.

Just a quibble -- based on the fingering he's using I'd say that's more a recorder than a clarinet.
