As I said you need to look at the source it's not just one day data., it goes day by day and not once dose the data go below 9.0 And right now the U6 NUMBER IS SHOWING AT 19.1%

And again, when you compare apples to apples, MONTHLY rates to monthly rates and UNADJUSTED data to unadjusted data, Gallup poll numbers are LOWER than the BLS.

The BLS says that the labor force GREW from 153,887,000 in Dec 2011 to 154,395,000 in Jan 2012. The reason the workforce participation rate declined is because the population grew faster than the labor force, not because jobs were wiped off the books as you were programmed to parrot without thinking.
