If just a random image found on Google, I've found the quickest way is to click on the Insert Image icon, but then you have to delete the http:// before pasting into the field. Then it will appear in the link with only the
. You can always practice by previewing your image before submitting the post to the board.

Embedding YouTube videos here is even easier. Go to the YouTube page for your video, copy the url and paste it here. Nothing else required. Some other boards, you have to find and use the embed code for the video.
