Trump has made a laughing stock out of the republican party. He has exposed the bigotry, hate and negativity that define the GOP.

This country is fed up with obstructionism. Obama's approval rating is over 50%, after eight years of fighting to bring back the country from the worst economic collapse that Bush and the cons made since the Great Depression. He has cut unemployment down below 5% from 11%. The stock market is the highest it's ever been. Healthcare is now for everyone, not just the wealthy. He cut the annual deficit in half since Bush left him with a $1.2 trillion deficit for FY 2008.

And the republicans have done nothing for eight years but preach doom and gloom, and blamed Obama for everything they themselves did before Obama became POTUS.

A better question would be how many more seats in Congress Reps will win because of Trump??

It depends on whether and if the RNC pulls funding from the Trump campaign and pours it into down ticket races.

Pulling the funding will mean a Trump defeat, but it will also alienate big donors who have already contributed to Trump. You can't go to a fancy restaurant and kick out the rich guy before the tab comes due.
