There is only one way to defeat ad services. You take your computer outside and do this:

If you notice that random words in your posts have turned red, don't be surprised. InfoLinks, graciously provided by USMB management, has turned your post into an advertisement for whoever has paid to do so.

If you don't want your post to be an advertisement, there's a simple solution. Simply hit the EDIT button at the bottom of your post and then turn right around and SAVE it. The advertisement hyperlinks will be gone.

The more we do this, the less value USMB will have to InfoLinks. If we can do it enough, maybe management will see the light and find a less intrusive and annoying way to raise money. No one is FORCING management to use InfoLinks. It's their CHOICE. Let's convince them to choose otherwise.
