How can Democrat naysayers just ignore this and write it off as a "cult"?

Donald Trump and MAGA are the most influential and most popular political movement and counter-culture of the 21st century.

Anyone who can't see this is blind as a Wuhan bat.

Trump Mobbed by Supporters Chanting 'USA!' After Arriving at Iowa State Football Game

"Former President Donald Trump brought the house down Saturday when he appeared in Ames, Iowa, for a football game between the University of Iowa and Iowa State University.

Before the game, Trump appeared at Iowa State’s Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity house, where students chanted, “Trump! Trump! Trump!”

The former president joined in flipping hamburgers and threw signed footballs to the crowd, according to the Des Moines Register."

No one across the political spectrum is ignoring it.

And people across the political spectrum call it a cult.

We're simply observing its associated behaviors and seeing their similarities with cults throughout history.

You only perceive the Trump movement as a "cult" because you're afraid and you don't understand.

What's hard to understand about making America great again? Why would any American have a problem with that?

As I said, I see several similarities between this "movement" and cults of the past. So do a lot of people across the political spectrum.

Anyone can say they're "making America great again". That doesn't mean that their tactics are not making things worse. They are just words.

Messiah+mindless followers = Cult

I can understand how you're jealous because you have nobody to believe in, nobody to look up to, and nobody to set an example for you. Joe Biden isn't one of the world's greatest role models.

Sad that you need someone to look up to to show you the way.

What are you like five years old?
This is what cult leaders look for, and leverage. People who need to be led are the most susceptible to manipulation. World history is replete with examples of this.

Not coincidentally, many of these people look for the same benefits in religion. These environments provide the answers, strength, guidance, structure and comfort that these people need.

Let's see a bigger crowd shot of that. Two morons don't make an "I hate Trump" movement, even if you add yourself. Let's face it: Donald Trump and his supporters are the new "counter-culture." While you are just part of a dying, old establishment that's become outdated and irrelevant. MAGA is the most influential political movement of the 21st century.

Nothing is being ‘written off’ – the American people correctly understand the threat to democracy that is the Trump Cult.

And it’s not just Democrats; moderates, independents, and even some Republicans acknowledge the threat posed by the Trump Cult.

The American people see a Trump Cult motivated by conspiracy theories and lies, a Trump Cult that has contempt for facts and the truth, and a Trump Cult willing to use intimidation and violence in pursuit of its authoritarian, anti-democratic agenda.

There is a lot to understand about making America great again. First, and foremost, when did America become not great? I mean if one is going to make it great, "again", then wouldn't it be prudent to understand just what caused America to not be great. Is it the immigrants, both legal and illegal? I mean we have always been a diverse nation that depended on immigration. In no small part, it was that immigration that resulted in America being great, has that changed and if so, why?

Was it all these foreign wars that weren't declared by Congress. Vietnam, the First Gulf War, Iraq, Afghanistan. Was it the housing crisis? Or maybe it is the current goat of the moment and changes like the wind. Today it is Transgender athletes and woke companies, at least that is what they tell me.

And then, well just what is the plan to make America great again? Trade wars and tax cuts? A wall? Withdrawal from NATO? Isolationism? Shredding the Constitution? I mean what is the plan here?

You perceive it as a cult because that's what your masters told you.

What's the threat?
