A cursory look at the NY, NJ and CT real estate markets seems to indicate implosion has already begun in the greater NYC area. Are things really that bad or is that just the take of the financial news?

I find it fascinating how Ds keep setting records on ever more stupid stunts. They act as if they were deep cover agents for the LP.

The very best case I have seen is a loss of @ $0.5T dollars of taxable real estate value in just NY with FL and TX appreciation being close to equal or greater than the depreciation in NY and CA. That is a downturn in a secular bull market.
