How are celebrities MK Ultra (or monarch) mind controlled? When an actor/actress signs a contract, are they taken to some lab underground or to some hospital and are subjected to numerous MK Ultra mind control techniques before starting their work in films and/or television or music? Or how does the process supposedly go with celebrities being programmed or MK Ultra mind controlled?
