Horowitz 'Pulls A Comey': 'FBI Leadership Too StupidTo Know They Were Breaking Laws'

'Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz on Wednesday decried what he called “failure” by the entire “chain of command” involved in the FBI’s initial Trump-Russia investigation, saying they made “so many basic and fundamental errors” on “one of the most sensitive FBI investigations.”

These individuals...and more...are some of the leaders responsible for running one of the most powerful agencies in the United States and potentially THE most (formerly) respected Criminal Investigation agencies in the world.....

...and according to the testimony of US IG Horowitz they were / are some of the DUMBEST people to ever run / work in the FBI, SO STUPID that, like Comey explained of Hillary, they were breaking laws and were too dumb to know it.

Just as was true when Comey said it of Hillary it is true today - Ignorance of the law (or just plain stupidity) is NOT a legitimate defense for having violated the law!

They need to, according to the law, need to go to jail!

As it was also true when Comey said it of Hillary in his illegal justification for protecting her from being Indicted, NO ONE IS THAT F*ING STUPID!

Hillary destroyed THOUSANDS of OFFICIAL SUBPOENAED DOCUMENTS, attempted to BLEACHBIT / WIPE HER SERVER, and DESTROYED SEVERAL CLASSIFIED DEVICES, all in violation of numerous laws and consisting of THOUSANDS of criminal counts...... yet Comey says she was too stupid to know what she was doing. (But he believed we were stupid enough to buy that BS - he was right about 1/3rd f us).

In the hearing today Horowitz asks us to believe that the top leaders in the Federal Bureau of Investigation were not intelligently aware of the significance of conducting an investigation of the Presidential candidate and then continued that investigation - that was proven to be unfounded - against the PRESIDENT, that during this investigation they committed 'DOZENS of SERIOUS ERRORS' - that included FALSIFYING EVIDENCE, FISA COURT ABUSES, KNOWINGLY USING A HUMAN ASSET PROVEN TO BE A LIAR, UNTRUSTWORTHY, AND POLITICALLY BIASED . MOTIVATED AND KNOWNGLY USED THE INFORMATION HE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY ATTEMPT TO SUBSTANTIATE THAT INFORMATION.

Ummmm, those are NOT 'Fundamental Errors' - those are what are called 'CRIMES'!

Horowitz' '476-page report faulted the FBI for numerous errors in the FISA application process, identifying at least 17 “significant inaccuracies and omissions” in the application and renewals for Page’s FISA warrant. The report said that Page’s FISA application omitted information that the FBI had obtained from another U.S. government agency detailing its prior relationship with Page, including that he had been “approved as an ‘operational contact’ for the other agency from 2008 to 2013.”

The Crossfire Hurricane team also left out Page’s “consensually monitored statements to an FBI” confidential human source saying that he “literally never met” Manafort, as well as Papadopoulos’ monitored statement to the FBI “denying that anyone associated with the Trump campaign was collaborating with Russia or with outside groups like WikiLeaks in the release of emails.”

Horowitz noted that under FBI policy, every FISA application must contain a "full and accurate" presentation of the facts and that agents must ensure that all factual statements in FISA applications are "scrupulously accurate."

"These are the standards for all FISA applications, regardless of the investigation's sensitivity, and it is incumbent upon the FBI to meet them in every application," Horowitz said Wednesday. "Nevertheless, we found that members of the Crossfire Hurricane team failed to meet the basic obligation to ensure that the Carter Page FISA applications were scrupulously accurate."

THIS testimony by US IG Horowitz is the testimony that just gave US AG BARR & Special Criminal Prosecutor Durham the GREEN LIGHT to Indict Comey, McCabe, Clinesmith, and every member of Operation Crossfire Hurricane who failed to meet the standards as mentioned by Horowittz!
