Who is lying? Are you really saying Obama didn"t say no to the pipeline? As for states rights, it should be. After all, all the states are for the pipeline. But becuse the project involves a Canadian company the State Dept. had the final say and of course Hillary would be against it. Obama's own jobs commission is for it but he wants to pander to the enviros.
