How should human beings who intentionally kill other human beings be dealt with?

I think it depends on a multitude of circumstances, but certainly one of the options for dealing with these people should be the death penalty.

Personally, I'm okay with LWOP in most cases, except the most egregious ones.

Prison sucks, but it beats the hell out of having violent offenders out on the streets so they can continue to create victims.

Actually, Jarvis Masters is a strong argument for the death penalty. Someone has to guard dangerous offenders. The death penalty culls these dangerous offenders from the herd and alleviates the need for someone to risk his life to guard them from each other.

How should we treat folks who murder other folks?

Let me give that a little more thought.

    ooooo.

    I know.

We should be caring, supportive and understanding of them.
