Richest country in the world but we won't even feed our homeless children or help other homeless. We don't have enough money for that because the rich aren't rich enough. Besides, we really need to have a military that's larger than the next 13 militaries, combined.

Damn Repub's don't want women to have access to birth control or abortion but damned if they'll hold out a helping hand to those who need it the most.

If we were smart enough, birth control would be free and available. Same with abortion. Then we would subsidize education simply because investing in our own country is the smart thing to do.

Homeless kids are examples of parental neglect, not societal indifference. These are plenty of public and private programs to provide them with food, clothing and shelter, if only their parent(s) would apply for them.

Luddly, feeding their children and keeping a roof over their heads is the responsibility of parents. Too many people who are unable to do either are having children. And too many people like you believe they have every right to do so. Birth control is not out of reach due to cost for anyone in this country.
