Hockey?

I was given NHL 13 for my bday in October. I've been using that as my hockey this year. Unlike the NHL, I'm currently playing my 6th season....and I've had the Islanders winning the Cup!

I agree this season is done, even if they get a deal. Shortened seasons always have an asterisk at best. More, I have to wonder about the conditioning and chemistry of the teams during the lockout. Get a solid, LONG-TERM deal done that both sides can live with and get things going again for next year.

Remember what happened the last time? ESPN gave up on the NHL and they switched to VS....which, at the time, was the Outdoor Life Network and almost no one knew what the channel was. I don't even get VS in my basic cable package, so I tend to not watch many regular season games anymore. I worry about the hit the league will take from the current lockout; as the last of the big 4 North American sports, I don't think they can afford to lose much viewership.
